Consciousness & Out Of Body Sounds
At the end of my last Blog, I presented an open invitation to any Subscriber, Follower or anyone that posted a “Comment”, to become a Guest Author in this Blog episode. Regrettably, I did not receive any volunteers to accept my offer to become “Guest Authors”. As a result, I’ve decided to substitute a brief discussion on any conceivable connection between consciousness & Out Of Body Sounds.
The very mention of Consciousness has intrigued & bedeviled Sages, Scientist, & Skeptics alike since human inception. Opinions about Consciousness is like having “Arms & Elbows”, everyone’s got one. Questions arise: 1. What is the genesis or even the location of human Consciousness? 2. Does Consciousness reside in the Brain? 3. Does it exist during Sleeping/Dreaming? 4. Are we born with it or develop it as we age? 5. Etc. etc. ad infinitum…
Enticing as these questions might be, to even remotely attempt or even suggest an answer to these questions goes far beyond the scope of this humble Blog. My sole intent is not to resolve this eternal debate, but merely to discuss the possible relationship between one’s Consciousness & the experiencing of Out Of Body Sounds.
Are We Born With Consciousness Or Do We Develop It As We Age?
Is Consciousness an innately Individual phenomena more conducive to the Western oriented Individualistic Model. OR Is Consciousness solely manifested as a result of living in a Communal (Cultural) setting which is more conducive in the Eastern Community related Model related. These queries goes far beyond any mere conclusion that I could possible offer to the reader. Is it conceivable that Some/Any/All of the so called, “Continuum Sounds”, are in fact Vibrations perceived as you become aware of Consciousness? Could it be that Consciousness represents you Resonating with your mind? After all, I’ve experienced these sounds after extended periods of Meditation. In India, there exist a form of Mediation known as Pranava Yoga. Pranava Yoga utilizes the chanting of “OM” sound to produce a receptive quiescing mental state. Additionally, Western science, reports that human beings produce various vibrational frequencies. Some frequencies are related to various parts of your body and even correspond to your degree of health/illness.
The interplay of Consciousness/Vibrations
Astronomers report that the Earth & other stellar body have measurable frequencies. Is it possible that our Consciousness could resonates with these larger bodies? What if we’re actually acted upon by unknown Vibrations/Frequencies in our neighboring universe. The interplay of Consciousness/Vibrations could be what is experienced along the Continuum. These vibrational frequencies can be measured & made audible with proper mechanical instruments. Perhaps these vibrational frequencies are somehow relates to or is associated with Consciousness!!!
If this is the case, then Consciousness may be related to Vibrations/Frequencies which are audible during Out Of Body Experiences! I’ve linked to an explanation containing a sample of The ‘Om’ sound. The OM sound commences at the 7 minute 14 second mark of the video.
Conclusion: Consciousness & Out Of Body Sounds
The primal question is: Is Consciousness a form of Vibration??? I have no answers to offer you. I will therefore leave the answer to Consciousness & Out Of Body Sounds with the reader of this Blog. Just as one’s belief in the existence of God is a personnel decision, each reader must decide for themselves upon the nature of Consciousness.
